Introduction
GMP pure water equipment is a set of professional pure water treatment equipment that meets GMP standards. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, biological products, medical devices and other fields with strict requirements on water quality. The equipment uses a series of precise processing units to deeply purify raw water into pure water and water for injection that meet GMP standards, providing reliable water quality assurance for the production process.
The equipment contains multiple key systems, and each system works together to ensure that the water quality meets the standards. As the first checkpoint of water treatment, the pretreatment system consists of a quartz filter, an activated carbon filter and a water softening device. The quartz filter is mainly used to remove large suspended impurities such as silt and rust in the raw water, providing a cleaner water source for subsequent treatment; the activated carbon filter relies on the adsorption characteristics of activated carbon to effectively adsorb organic matter, residual chlorine, odor and other substances in the raw water, further improving the purity of the water quality; the water softening device reduces the content of calcium and magnesium ions in the raw water through ion exchange and other methods, softens the water quality, and avoids the subsequent equipment from affecting the operating efficiency and service life due to scaling.
The RO + EDI system is the core deep processing unit for pure water preparation. The RO reverse osmosis system uses the selective permeability of the semipermeable membrane to allow water molecules to pass through the membrane layer under high pressure, effectively removing impurities such as dissolved salts, colloids, organic matter, and microorganisms in the water; the EDI electrodeionization system uses ion exchange resins to deeply remove residual ions in the water under the action of the electric field, without the need for acid-base regeneration, to achieve continuous and stable high-purity water production, so that the water quality meets the high purity requirements.
The pure water tank is used to store pure water treated by the RO + EDI system. It is made of sanitary materials, has good sealing performance, and is equipped with corresponding cleaning and disinfection devices to ensure that the pure water is not contaminated during storage. The injection water production system uses pure water as raw material and uses distillation and other processes for further processing to produce injection water that meets the pharmacopoeia standards. The injection water tank also adopts a sanitary design and has a sterile storage function, which can effectively prevent the injection water from being contaminated during storage.
In the pure steam generator and sterilization system, the pure steam generator uses purified water as raw material to generate pure steam, which can be used to sterilize equipment, pipes, containers, etc.; the sterilization system uses the corresponding sterilization process to ensure that the entire water treatment system and related equipment are in a sterile state to ensure product quality and safety.
The pure water distribution system transports pure water in the pure water tank to various use points. It adopts a sanitary pipeline design and is equipped with a circulation pump and ultraviolet disinfection devices to ensure the stability of the water quality of pure water during the transportation process. The injection water distribution system is responsible for transporting the injection water in the injection water tank to various production points. The system adopts a full-circulation design to ensure that the injection water remains at a high temperature or sterile state during the transportation process to prevent microbial growth and contamination.
