1. The source water inlet adopts a double-acting pneumatic valve, which solves the problem of flooding caused by the source water tank being constantly replenished due to the inlet valve not closing automatically when the power is suddenly cut off, and there is no violent pipeline shaking.
2. The quartz sand and activated carbon filters are both treated with natural rubber lining technology, and the rubber thickness is ≥5mm. Due to the high chloride ion content in the source water, the chloride ions can destroy the protective layer of the metal oxide film to form pitting or pitting, and stainless steel will have inter-product corrosion. Before being adsorbed by the activated carbon filter, the chloride ions in the source water will be corrosive to the stainless steel material.
3. Pretreatment disinfection and host constant temperature process. The heat exchanger is used for physical heating to disinfect the pretreatment and prevent the growth of microorganisms. In winter, the source water can be heated and kept at a constant temperature by heat exchange, which solves the problem of the RO membrane reducing the water production rate due to low temperature and low source water temperature in winter. A proportional control valve and two temperature sensors are designed here to control and adjust the industrial steam intake, solving the temperature fluctuation phenomenon caused by the inability to adjust the industrial steam intake. The temperature sensor can also prevent the risk of membrane damage caused by source water exceeding 45 degrees entering the host RO reverse osmosis system.
4. High and low pressure protection measures are adopted for source water and the first and second high-pressure pumps, making the system more streamlined, stable, efficient and energy-saving.
5. The reverse osmosis membranes are all imported from Dow (DuPont) in the United States. Customs declarations and certificates of origin can be provided before installation.
6. The secondary concentrated water recovery process provides water utilization and reduces energy consumption. The recovery position is set up before the first-level pump to participate in the pre-treatment of the reverse osmosis host water replenishment, which reduces the pre-treatment water replenishment and improves the utilization rate of wastewater.
7. The secondary water production terminal uses a dual-way water inlet process to enter the storage tank. Ensure that there is no dead water in the water machine's water production and circulation. In order to reduce energy consumption, the system can automatically adjust the water production in the water production and circulation modes. When the water production signal is given, the water is double-way inlet and there is no dead water residue. When the water production signal is turned off, low-pressure circulation reduces the risk of microbial growth and saves energy and reduces emissions.
8. The overall system follows the compact, integrated and modular series. The purified water preparation system fully simulates the complete and in-depth factory acceptance test of the owner's on-site public engineering conditions, greatly reducing the on-site integration, debugging and verification time of the equipment system.
