This series of tanks are designed, manufactured and accepted in accordance with the national "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceuticals" "GMP" requirements and "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels"; they can also be designed, manufactured and accepted in accordance with "Steel Pressure Vessels" according to customer requirements. The materials are SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel. The inner surface of the equipment is mirror polished, and the roughness can reach 0.28~0.45um. The outer surface is mirror polished or matte. The tank heating or cooling jacket can be made into a coil or a full jacket according to customer requirements. The bottom magnetic stirring is a fully sealed structure, which fundamentally avoids leakage. It is made of imported magnets and high-quality 316L stainless steel.
Description
Introduction
Magnetic stirring liquid mixing tank is also known as mixing tank, mixing tank, mixing barrel, mainly used for mixing milk, sugar and other elements and various kinds of reds after mixing. The cylinder body, cylinder cover, stirring paddle, feed port and discharge valve of this equipment are made of high-quality stainless acid-resistant steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, in accordance with the technical conditions of GB741-80. The cylinder body is polished inside and outside, with a stirring paddle inside for stirring. There is a thermometer on the top to display the temperature in the cylinder. There is a cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer on the top to drive the stirring paddle and can be disassembled and cleaned. There are two openable cylinder covers for cleaning, plus two feed ports, which can be connected to pipelines for easy connection of various ingredients. There is a discharge port below and a plug is installed. After mixing evenly, rotate the plug valve handle 90 degrees to discharge the material, and close it after discharging to achieve the purpose of mixing evenly.
Configuration
It is equipped with: respirator, thermometer, level gauge, tank washing ball, sanitary manhole and sight light mirror, etc. It can also be equipped with digital thermometer, digital level gauge, weighing system, automatic control system, etc. according to customer requirements. The speed is 0~600 rpm, controlled by inverter. The tank insulation material can be filled with pearlite wool or polyurethane foam. The interface is a universal ISO standard sanitary quick-release port. It is equipped with: respirator, thermometer, level gauge, tank washing ball, sanitary manhole and sight light mirror, etc. It can also be equipped with digital thermometer, digital level gauge, weighing system, automatic control system, etc. according to customer requirements.
