Description
Introduction
Vacuum emulsifier is an industrial equipment specially used for high-precision mixing, homogenization and emulsification. It is widely used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical industries to produce creams, lotions, gels, ointments and other high-stability emulsion products (such as creams, ointments, sauces, etc.). The equipment operates in a vacuum environment and ensures that the product is bubble-free, fine in texture and uniform in composition through high-speed shearing, homogenization and degassing functions, which complies with production standards such as GMP, ISO 9001 and FDA 21 CFR .
Design Principle
1. Vacuum system design
Vacuum pump set : Rotary vane vacuum pump or water ring pump provides a stable vacuum environment to prevent material oxidation and bubble residue.
Sealing structure : Double protection of mechanical seal and fluororubber sealing ring to ensure sealing under high vacuum.
2. High shear emulsification technology
Rotor-stator structure :
Rotor : Rotates at high speed (linear speed can reach 20-40 m/s ) to generate centrifugal force, which throws the material towards the stator.
Stator : The precise tooth structure shears, impacts and tears the material to achieve ultra-fine emulsification.
Multi-stage homogenization module : Multi-stage emulsification head (such as three-stage emulsification) can be optionally equipped to further improve the dispersion effect.
3. Heat transfer and temperature control design
Jacket heat exchange : The heat transfer medium (water/oil) is introduced into the tank interlayer, and the temperature is accurately controlled by PID algorithm.
Coil-assisted cooling : For rapid cooling needs, built-in spiral coils accelerate heat exchange.
4. Anti-pollution and clean design
No dead angle structure : The tank body has rounded corners and is polished (Ra≤0.4 μm) to avoid material residue.
Quick-release interface : The stirring paddle and homogenizing head adopt sanitary quick-release clamps, which are easy to disassemble and clean.
5. Safety and stability design
Overload protection : The motor will automatically shut down when the load exceeds the limit to prevent equipment damage.
Explosion-proof configuration : Suitable for flammable solvent environments (such as ethanol systems), in line with ATEX explosion-proof standards.
6. Modular expansion
Multi-tank linkage : premixing tanks, emulsification tanks and storage tanks can be connected in series to achieve continuous production.
Function expansion interface : supports pH adjustment, vacuum feeding, and online detection module installation.
Function
1. Mixing and emulsification
High shear homogenization : The rotor-stator structure (rotation speed 1000–10,000 rpm ) generates strong shear forces to break the droplets down to micron size.
Bidirectional stirring : Frame/paddle agitator (speed 20–100 rpm ) assists mixing and avoids material stratification.
2. Vacuum degassing and defoaming
Vacuum pump suction : The vacuum degree can reach -0.095 MPa to remove bubbles and volatile components (such as alcohol).
Automatic defoamer addition : Optional defoamer dosing module to inhibit foam regeneration.
3. Temperature control
Jacket heating/cooling : Temperature control by heat transfer oil or water circulation (range 0°C–120°C ), suitable for hot melt or cold fitting processes.
Online temperature monitoring : PT100 sensor provides real-time temperature feedback with an error of ≤±1°C.
4. Cleaning and Sterilization
Online cleaning (CIP) : The spray ball and circulating cleaning liquid cover the tank, agitator and dead corners of the pipeline.
Steam sterilization (SIP) : Supports high temperature steam sterilization (121°C/30min) to meet aseptic production requirements.
5. Intelligent control
PLC/HMI system : The touch screen presets process parameters (speed, vacuum degree, temperature) and supports recipe storage and call.
Data traceability : record production time, temperature curve, vacuum degree and other data, and generate electronic batch records.
