Description
Working Principle
Purified water or WFI and raw materials are automatically dosed into the formulation system according to predefined recipes. Controlled agitators ensure uniform mixing, while temperature control, level sensors and flow measurement maintain stable process conditions. The PLC-based control system manages the entire formulation sequence, including material addition, mixing time, heating or cooling and transfer to downstream processes, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
