Description
Working Principle
Purified Water or Water for Injection (WFI) is introduced into the preparation tanks, followed by the controlled addition of active ingredients and excipients. Mixing is carried out using appropriate agitators to ensure homogeneity, while heating or cooling jackets maintain precise process temperatures. CIP and SIP are performed to achieve validated cleanliness and sterility. The finished liquid is transferred hygienically to buffer tanks or directly to the filling line.
