Description
Working Principle
Raw materials and purified water or WFI are introduced into the mixing tank through sanitary connections. The agitator ensures uniform mixing under controlled conditions. Before and after production, the integrated CIP system performs automatic cleaning of internal surfaces, while the SIP system applies pure steam to sterilize the tank and piping. This closed-loop process ensures consistent hygiene and minimizes the risk of contamination.
