The Pharmaceutical Liquid Preparation System from TianSure is engineered for the preparation of liquid pharmaceutical products under GMP conditions. It is suitable for oral liquids, injectable solutions, eye drops and other sterile or non-sterile formulations, providing reliable mixing, heating, cooling and hygienic control throughout the process.
Description
Working Principle
Purified water and raw materials are charged into the mixing tank according to the formulation. The agitator ensures uniform mixing, while optional heating or cooling jackets maintain precise temperature control. For special process requirements, high-shear emulsification or vacuum degassing can be integrated. After preparation, the finished liquid is transferred to buffer tanks or directly supplied to the filling line under hygienic conditions.
