As a supplier of pharmaceutical water systems and liquid preparation systems, Nanjing TianSure Machinery focuses on the design, manufacturing, and project service of pharmaceutical water systems, water for injection systems, pure steam systems, and liquid preparation systems. According to different production processes, capacity requirements, and compliance standards, we can provide integrated support from process design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning to validation documentation.
At this exhibition, we will mainly introduce our four core system solutions:
Our pharmaceutical water system solutions include purified water systems, RO/EDI systems, storage systems, and distribution loops. These systems are widely used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and related clean production applications.
Our water for injection system solutions are designed for sterile preparations, injectable products, and other high-standard pharmaceutical production processes. We can provide suitable WFI generation, storage, and distribution solutions according to customer requirements.
Pure steam systems are mainly used for SIP sterilization and clean process applications. They are designed to support pharmaceutical production processes that require high-purity clean steam.
Our liquid preparation systems can be used for oral liquids, injections, eye drops, large volume parenterals, and other liquid pharmaceutical products. We provide customized solutions for mixing, storage, transfer, filtration, cleaning, and process control based on different product characteristics and production workflows.
In addition to the above system solutions, we will also bring selected equipment for on-site display, including a water distiller, a high-pressure reactor, and liquid preparation system equipment.
