The main principles and uses of aseptic liquid preparation tank

Share:

Aseptic liquid preparation tank is a closed mixing container designed for industries with high hygiene standards. Its core principle is to establish and maintain an aseptic environment through a specific process to achieve safe preparation of materials. Its main principles and uses are as follows:

‌1. Working Principle‌

‌1. Sterilization treatment‌:

After the tank is sealed, high temperature and high pressure (such as steam sterilization) are used to completely kill the air inside the tank and the microorganisms attached to the surface.

2. Maintaining a sterile environment:

Inject high-efficiency filtered inert gas (such as nitrogen) or sterile air into the tank to create a positive pressure environment to prevent the invasion of external microorganisms.

‌3. Material mixing‌:

Add raw materials (drugs, nutrient solution, etc.) under sterile conditions and use a stirring device (such as magnetic stirring) to achieve uniform mixing.

‌4. Auxiliary control‌:

Some equipment is equipped with a jacket structure, through which heating/cooling medium is introduced for precise temperature control.

The automation system enables parameter monitoring, CIP (online cleaning) and process control.

‌2. Main Applications‌

‌1. Pharmaceutical Industry‌:

Concentrated/diluted preparation of injection and infusion solutions;

Preparation and temporary storage of biological products and vaccines.

2. Food and dairy processing:

Mixing and buffer storage of aseptic dairy products and beverages;

Prevent secondary contamination of products and extend shelf life.

‌3. Biotechnology:

Preparation of cell culture fluid and diagnostic reagents;

Preparation and temporary storage of high-purity biological solutions.

‌4. Fine chemicals and cosmetics‌:

Mixing of sterile raw materials and storage of semi-finished products.

‌3. Technical advantages‌

‌Safety‌: Isolate microbial contamination throughout the process, in compliance with GMP, FDA and other regulations;

‌Automation‌: Support remote monitoring, automatic cleaning and precise proportioning to reduce manual intervention;

‌Versatility‌: It has mixing, storage and temperature control functions, and is suitable for complex processes.
