Introduction
Our company's eye drop preparation system, as a high-standard pharmaceutical equipment, is mainly used in the preparation process of ophthalmic liquid medicine. It integrates the functions of mixing, stirring, temperature control, filtering, cleaning, sterilization, etc., ensuring the sterility, stability and efficiency of the medicine during the production process. The equipment is usually made of high-quality stainless steel materials and meets GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to ensure that every drop of eye drops reaches medical grade purity and safety.
Product structure and composition
Tank structure:
The eye drop preparation tank adopts a vertical double-layer structure design, and the inner tank is mostly made of SUS316L stainless steel to ensure that the medicine does not come into contact with harmful substances, and it has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
The outer layer is usually wrapped with insulation materials (such as polyurethane or rock wool) to reduce heat loss and maintain a stable temperature in the tank.
The tank is equipped with multiple process pipe openings, including feed port, discharge port, sight glass, sampling port, thermometer, liquid level sensor, etc. to meet different process requirements.
Stirring system:
The stirring system is the core part of the equipment. It adopts efficient stirring paddles (such as anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc.), which can be adjusted and designed according to material characteristics and stirring requirements to ensure uniform mixing of the liquid medicine.
The stirring motor can be selected from ordinary motors, explosion-proof motors, electromagnetic speed regulating motors or inverters according to process requirements to meet different stirring speed and power requirements.
Temperature control system:
Equipped with advanced temperature control system, through PID adjustment technology, the temperature in the tank can be accurately controlled to meet the temperature requirements of the liquid medicine at different production stages.
There are various heating methods, including electric heating, steam heating, water heating, etc. Users can choose according to actual conditions.
Filtration and sterilization system:
To ensure the sterility of the liquid medicine, the liquid preparation tank is equipped with a multi-stage sterilization filtration system, and the primary filtration and fine filtration (such as 0.45μm, 0.22μm filters) are checked layer by layer to effectively remove impurities and microorganisms.
The filter can be replaced regularly to ensure the long-lasting and stable filtration effect.
Cleaning and sterilization system:
Equipped with fully automatic CIP (online cleaning) and SIP (online sterilization) systems, controlled by PLC touch screen, to realize the automatic operation of cleaning and sterilization procedures.
The segmented cleaning and sterilization design ensures the comprehensive cleaning and sterilization of the concentrated preparation tank, the diluted preparation tank and the supporting pipes, valves and other components.
