Description
System Scope & Working Principle
The complete formulation line typically includes raw material feeding, automatic dosing systems, mixing tanks, heating and cooling units, filtration, buffer tanks and transfer skids. Purified water or WFI and raw materials are dosed according to predefined recipes. Controlled agitators ensure uniform mixing, while jacketed vessels provide precise temperature control. CIP and SIP systems enable validated cleaning and sterilization. The entire process is managed by a PLC-based control system to ensure repeatability and traceability.
