Description
Working Principle
Purified water is charged into the preparation tank, followed by the controlled addition of sugars, active ingredients and excipients. The agitator ensures uniform mixing and dissolution, while the jacketed structure allows heating media such as steam or hot water to circulate for efficient sugar dissolution and temperature control. After preparation, the finished syrup can be transferred hygienically to buffer tanks or directly to downstream processing and filling lines.
