Project Overview

This project involves the supply and installation of a pharmaceutical pure steam generator with a capacity of 1000 kg/h for Tianjin Zhongsheng Challenge Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The system is used for clean utility applications in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Customer Requirement

The customer required a reliable pure steam generation system for SIP purposes, ensuring stable steam quality, controlled non-condensable gas content, and compliance with GMP requirements.

Our Solution

Nanjing TianSure designed and manufactured a dedicated pharmaceutical pure steam generator with a nominal capacity of 1000 kg/h. The system was engineered to ensure stable operation, hygienic design, and reliable performance during SIP processes.
