Project Overview
This project involves the design and supply of industrial reverse osmosis water treatment systems for Aisenze Biotechnology (Kunming) Co., Ltd., a manufacturer engaged in astaxanthin production. Two RO systems with capacities of 60 t/h and 1.5 t/h were installed to support different stages of the production process at the customer’s facility in China.
Customer Requirement
The customer required stable and reliable process water for astaxanthin production, particularly for biotechnology and fermentation-related processes. The system needed to ensure consistent water quality, continuous operation, and adaptability to different production demands.
Our Solution
Nanjing TianSure provided two independent reverse osmosis systems with different capacities to match the customer’s process requirements. The systems were engineered for long-term stable operation, efficient membrane performance, and ease of maintenance, supporting high-value biotechnology production.
