Description
Introduction
Pure steam is usually made of purified water as raw material, and is produced by a pure steam generator or the first effect evaporator of a multi-effect distilled water machine.
1.The equipment responds quickly to user needs ( less than 30 seconds from standby to full capacity output ), which can greatly shorten the user's sterilization cycle
2.Precise pure steam output control ensures stable pressure output accuracy of +/- 5% , optimizing sterilization performance under the entire process conditions

3. Highly efficient capacity ratio regulation (PCC) fully balances the fluctuations that may be caused by the use of multiple pure steam points.
The specially designed impurity separation system and non-condensable gas separation device ensure that the quality of pure steam produced by the equipment meets the requirements of non-condensable gas content (<3.5%<V/V>, saturation (dryness) (>90%), and superheat (<25℃) defined by HTM2010 (EN285).
