The cleanliness grades (AP, BA, EP) of clean pipe fittings are mainly used in industries with extremely high cleanliness requirements such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and food. The grades are divided according to parameters such as surface treatment process, surface roughness, cleanliness index, and material requirements.
Description
Classfication
1.AP (Mechanical Polishing)
Definition: Polish the inner surface of the pipe by mechanical grinding to achieve a certain degree of finish.
Application: Suitable for scenes with low cleanliness requirements, such as ordinary clean workshops and some food industries.
1.BA (Bright Annealing)
Definition: After the pipe is welded, it is bright annealed and then passivated, and the surface finish is higher than AP.
Application: Suitable for scenes with medium cleanliness requirements such as pharmaceuticals and bioengineering.
2.EP (Electro Polishing)
Definition: Remove surface impurities through electrolytic process to form a uniform passivation film with the highest cleanliness.
