Plate and frame filter

The floating liquid is pumped into each closed filter chamber of the filter. Under the action of working pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter membrane or other filter materials and is discharged through the liquid outlet, while the filter residue remains in the frame to form a filter cake, thereby achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

2. The filter plate adopts a threaded mesh structure. Different filter materials can be replaced according to different filter media and production process (primary filtration, semi-fine filtration, fine filtration) requirements. The purpose of sterile filtration can be achieved directly with a microporous filter membrane. Users can also reduce or increase the number of filter layers according to the size of the filtration volume to make it suitable for production needs.

3. All sealing components are made of silicone rubber sealing rings, which are resistant to high temperature, non-toxic, leak-free, and have good sealing performance.

4. The pump (or explosion-proof motor) and input pipe components of the plate and frame filter adopt quick-install connection, which is easy to disassemble and clean. Except for the motor, the other parts of the plate and frame filter are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which is suitable for filtering various pH acid and alkali solutions. The plate and frame filter uses pressurized closed filtration, with less filtrate loss, good filtration quality and high efficiency. The filtration part consists of nine layers of filter plates, with a large filtration area and large flow rate; and according to the different production processes (primary filtration, semi-fine filtration, fine filtration) of the filtered solution, different filter membranes can be replaced, and according to the size of the user's production flow, the number of filter plate layers can be appropriately reduced or increased to meet production needs. Therefore, the plate and frame filter has the characteristics of one machine for multiple uses and a wide range of applications; the filter plate adopts a flat threaded mesh shape, with advanced structure, no deformation, easy to clean, and can effectively increase the service life of various filter membranes, thereby reducing and saving production costs. The plate and frame filter is equipped with a stainless steel infusion pump, which is equipped with a small motor and consumes less power.
