The sanitary centrifugal pump is a single-stage centrifugal pump specially designed to have a low flow rate and a large head based on the defects of ordinary single-stage centrifugal pumps, which have large flow and low head. It is the simplest equipment.

The sanitary centrifugal pump is divided into two main parts: the impeller and the volute. The impeller's rotating driving energy is converted into a part of the kinetic energy; the volute is the kinetic energy of the stationary part converted into pressure. The pump body material is selected according to the medium requirements 316L and 304, and is mainly used in the fields of medicines, cosmetics, beverages, etc.

Centrifugal sanitary pumps are mainly designed to be single-stage centrifugal pumps with low flow and high head based on the defects of ordinary single-stage centrifugal pumps with large flow and low head. The impeller of the series centrifugal pump is modified to reduce the flow rate through a small channel. The pump has excellent performance, reasonable structure, small size and reliable use. The series centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying clean liquid materials without solid particles, pure water and other pharmaceutical products, beverages and alcoholic beverages.

Flow rate: It is advisable to select the middle section in the performance curve table.

Working temperature: -20-100℃ (maximum sterilization temperature 133℃).

Working environment and medium: Determine whether explosion-proof is required.

Working conditions: Sanitary centrifugal pumps are high and low liquid level horizontal conveying,

non-self-priming type. (Self-priming pumps are selected for self-priming type)

Pump body material: 316L and 304 are selected according to the medium requirements.

Sealing material: The standard rubber sealing ring is silicone rubber, and fluorine rubber, EPDM, polytetrafluoroethylene, and nitrile are selected according to the medium.

Use universal all-stainless steel mechanical seal. The sealing surface is made of silicon carbide-hard alloy, which is pressure-resistant and wear-resistant without powder loss.

The deepening of the impeller inlet cavity improves the inlet characteristics of the pump.

The accelerated discharge valve can discharge the residual liquid in the pump chamber and recycle it without residue.

Medicines: infusion, distilled water, high-purity water, Chinese medicine liquid containing particles (3-6 mm), extract.
