Description

Application

This filter has the characteristics of high pressure, strong acid, strong alkali, corrosion resistance, and the filter element can be repeatedly regenerated. It is a hollow filter tube made by powder metallurgy method without high temperature sintering of titanium metal powder. It is widely used in liquid-solid separation in food, beverage, medicine, chemical industry and other industries. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is especially suitable for decarbonization filtration in large infusion and injection production lines. This series of products has a compact structure and beautiful appearance. It is produced according to GMP standards. The pipe connection adopts international standard quick-install connection, which is easy to disassemble and clean.

Precautions for use

1 Avoid scratches, collisions, dust and oil.

2 The working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure during use.

3 During normal use, there is at least 3-5 minutes of low-pressure start-up time, and the relative pressure difference should be controlled below 0.5Mpa, and then the working pressure is gradually adjusted to normal needs (the maximum pressure does not exceed 0.4Mpa).

4 After a certain period of operation, the filter element may be blocked, resulting in increased pressure and reduced flow, and backwashing or backwashing regeneration is required. The regeneration cycle depends on the rated pressure and flow.

Cleaning method

After a period of use, the titanium rod filter element will be blocked to a certain extent, which is manifested by reduced flow and increased pressure at the front end of the filter, such as from below 0.22mPa to above 0.3mPa. At this time, the filter element needs to be cleaned. The cleaning methods are generally as follows:

1 For newly used filter elements, clean water backwashing and gas backwashing are generally used for cleaning, that is, clean water with a pressure slightly greater than the working pressure (such as 0.3mPa) is used to clean in the reverse direction. The backwashing time is about 1~3 minutes.

2 For when the filtration effect does not recover significantly after multiple backwashing, it can be soaked in a hydrochloric acid solution below 5%, a sulfuric acid solution below 8%, or a NaoH solution below 10% at room temperature, and then washed with clean water.

The specific choice of acid washing or alkali washing should be selected according to whether the impurities in the filtrate are easily soluble in acid or alkali.
